Our Story

Baking brings everyone together around one table. There is nothing better than being surrounded by the people you love, and a homemade treat.

That's why I have spent my entire life researching and testing many homemade recipes and finally finding the perfect combinations.

My name is Jessica, and I have had a passion for baking from the moment I got my first ‘easy-bake oven’. I was lucky enough to have a middle name passed down from my resilient and strong grandmother- Ann. Which eventually translated into a childhood nickname of “Anna Banana.” So, it was a no brainer when I sat down and drafted my first bakery business plan 7 years ago, that “Anna Bananas Bakery” would be born.

Finally, my dream has become a reality, and I am excited to meet you all. I can not wait to share these all with you, and your loved ones, and have you experience the delicious desserts and baked goods I have worked so hard to perfect!

Jessica grew up in Edison, NJ where she graduated from John P. Stevens High School, and went on to earn her BS in Business from Stockton University.
